Here I leave you some of my favorite places of the so called "linha", (right next to Lisbon). First, a classic, an special spot that is really dear to me, since it´s just next to where I live and I go there every single Sunday afternoon with my pap and my little sis to grab a bite, I can assure you that besides having great hot dogs, it has an amazing view, specially on sunsets. Also, there´s the La Siesta mexican restaurant in Algés, which has both great food and view over the river. And for last, I highly recommend you the Taberna da Praça in Cascais, which is a gourmet tapas restaurant, just delicious! Hope you guys find this tips useful and enjoy!

Deixo-vos aqui alguns dos meus lugares favoritos para comer na linha. Primeiro, um clássico, um lugar especial para mim dado que para além de ficar ao pé de onde moro, vou todos os finais de tarde com o meu pai e com a mana. Posso dizer-vos que, além de terem óptimos cachorros quentes, tem uma vista linda, sobretudo ao por do sol. Também gosto imenso do restaurante mexicano La Siesta, em Algés, que tem tanto boa comida como uma bela esplanada com vista sobre o rio. Por último, recomendo vivamente a Taberna da Praça em Cascais, um restaurante de tapas gourmet simplesmente deliciosas! Espero que estas dicas vos sejam de alguma ajuda e que desfrutem!

It´s kind of a affordable gourmet meets portuguese tapas spot. Beside having amazing food the place is just lovely! Their homade breads and marmelade are just amazing, perfect for either for breakfast or lunch.

Tem um conceito goumet accessível com tapas portuguesas. Além de terem comida óptima o lugar é giríssimo! Os pães e marmeladas caseiras são incríveis, perfeito tanto para o pequeno almorço como para o almorço.

Landeu Chocolatier - Lx Factory

They say they have the best chocolate pie in Lisbon and it must be true, I just love it!

Orpheu Café - Principe Real

They have a great buffet brunch until 15pm, the eggs with "farinheira" are just to die for.

They have one of the best Gourmet Low Cost Burgers ever! My fave, the "Camone" burger.

I´m one of those people who is totally in love with their city (yeah, so in love that you call the city you live in "yours"). Lisbon is just so beautiful, full of monuments and wonderful places. And if I put together two of the things that I like the most, wich are Lisbon and eating of course, the result is just perfect! Here are some of my favourite spots of this gorgeous city were you can grab a great bite, wether you are from Lisbon or just visiting. Did you know alrady any of them? Hope you like them as much as I do, and may be, enjoy them this weekend!

 

Sou uma daquelas pessoas que está verdadeiramente apaixonada pela sua cidade (sim, tão apaixonada que chamamos a cidade onde vivemos da "nossa" cidade). Lisboa é simplesmente linda, cheia de monumentos, cantos e recantos de encantar. Se juntar duas das coisas que eu mais gosto no mundo, que é Lisboa e... comer claro, o resultado é perfeito! Aqui estão alguns dos meus lugares favoritos para "encher o papo", quer sejam de cá ou estejam de visita. Já conheciam algum?
