Se há uma coisa que adoro na ModaLisboa é o ambiente. Há pessoas que me perguntam se não acho que é um circo, um mero espectáculo. Bem, acho que em parte é verdade, mas como tudo, tem o seu lado bom e lado mau. Eu prefiro tentar reter as coisas boas, como a qualidade das colecções e esforço dos designers, e com aquelas pessoas cujo estilo é uma autêntica inspiração. Sempre disse que para o estilo de alguém me chamar a atenção tem de ser mais do que simplesmente uma combinação bonita, a pessoa tem de transmitir mais qualquer coisa (como estas meninas hehe).

If there´s something I really love about ModaLisboa (Lisbon Fashion Week) is the ambience. There are people that ask me if I don´t think of it as a circus. Well, I guess that has it´s part of truth but as everything in life, it has it´s pros and cons. I rather stay with the Pros, such as the effort of the designers and quality of the collections, as well as those people who´s style is a true inspiration. I´ve always said that for a certain style to caught my eye it needs to be more than just a pretty combination of clothes, those people need to transmit something else (like these ladies hehe).

Miminhos da Primark

Ontem foi a inaguração da loja da Primark no Colombo! Um mega espaço, sendo a segunda loja mais grande da península ibérica estando nada mais e nada menos do que no antigo espaço do Fun Center, logo dá para encontrar tudo tudo tudo. Adorei a secção de Lingerie e claro, dos accessórios! Também gostei particularmente da parte de Jeans, onde há alguma que outra novidade que vale a pena espreitar. E vocês, já deram lá um saltinho?

Yesterday it was the opening of Colombo´s shopping center Primark! A huge store, being the 2nd biggest one on the iberia peninsula, therefore you can find anything you want. I loved the lingerie section, and of course, the accessories area! I also enjoyed the Jeans, where you can find some novelties.

Este fim de semana tive o prazer de desfilar no Glamour Street Fashion Show & El Corte Inglés! Foi um dia incrível onde além de conhecer pessoas fantásticas e de ser maquilhada e penteada pelos melhores (e mais simpáticos!) professionais da área (obrigada L´Oreal Paris!), também pude apreciar o estilo e inspiração das 150 concorrentes. O estilo que eu escolhi, como já devem ter reparado, foi o Punk Rock. Nunca pensei fazer um Tupé assim mas mal vi o resultado amei =) Uma experiência inesquecível!

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Glamour Street Fashion Show & El Corte Inglés! It was an amazing day where besides meeting great people and having my hair and make up done by the best professional (and the nicest! Thanks L´Oreal Paris), I could also enjoy the inspiration and style from the other 150 contestants. The style I chose, as you can notice, is Punk Rock. I never thought I would do a Tupé but as soon as I saw the final result I totally loved it =) An unforgettable experience!

Se há uma tendência que adoro para esta estação é o pony (fake, claro!). Normalmente vemos mais em accessórios como calçado e malas, mas agora chaga em força em todo tipo de peças de roupa. Eu pessoalmente adoro um bom casaco ou camisola com este tipo de acabamento. E vocês, já aderiram a esta tendência?

If there´s a trend that I love this season is pony (fake, of course!). Normally we see more of it in accessories such as bags and shoes, but now it´s coming strong on every kind of apparel. Personally, I love a nice pony jacket. How about you, have you already join this trend?

Depois de duas magnificas semanas na maravilhosa cidade de Nova Iorque estou de volta em casa! Adoro perder-me pelas ruas, admirar as pessoas, e o ritmo non stop da cidade que nunca dorme. Todo um mundo a parte! A pesar de ter ido lá em trabalho, ainda deu para desfrutar de uma bela caminhada pelo Central Park, de dar um salto pelo Guggenheim e claro... de admirar as lojas. Realmente é uma cidade mágica, mas devo reconhecer que já tava com saudadinhas de casa =)

After two wonderful weeks on the great New York City I´m back home! I love getting lost on the streets, admiring it´s people and the non stop rhythm on the city that never sleeps. A hole different world! Even though I went there for business, I still got the time for a little walk on Central Park, to stop by the Guggenheim and of course... enjoy the shops. Really a magical city, but I must admit I was already home sick =)  

Apanhado Simples e Rápido | Fast and Easy Hairdo

          

          

          

          

          

Este apanhado é aqueles mesmo rápidos e verdadeiramente simples, ficando sempre bem (daí ser dos meus favoritos também! hehe). Trata-se de fazer o mesmo apanhado 3 vezes de seguida, primeiro, agarra-se um bocado de cabelo encima com um elástico, depois basta passar o cabelo restante cabelo entre o elástico e...voilá! Depois só basta repetir. Espero que gostem =)

This hairdo it´s really fast to do and sooo simple, getting it always right (that´s why it´s one of my faves! hehe). All you have to do it´s the same thing 3 times. Firts, you do a high ponytail with 1/3 of your hair, then you must pass the rest of the hair between the elastic and... voilá! All you have to do it´s repeat it. Hope you like it =)
