Lisbon Fashion Week: Os Burgueses

On the Second day of the Lisbon Fashion Week I also attended the Os Burgueses show and, as you can see, was fill with bright neon colors and clean cuts, where the classic LBD also had a big part. I totally loved it!

No segundo dia da ModaLisboa também tive a oportunidade de ver o desfile de Os Burgueses e, como podem ver, esta cheia de cores neon e de cortes limpos, onde o LBD também teve o seu destaque. Adorei mesmo!

Besides enjoying the creativity and work of great portuguese designers, I also had great company, with Mónica, Marta, Bernardo, Alexandra and some other great people at the Lisbon Fashion Week. Looking forward for today´s shows!

Para além de ter desfrutado da criatividade e trabalho de grandes desenhadores portugueses, também tive óptima companhia junto com a Mónica, a Marta, o Bernardo, a Alexandra entre outras pessoas impecáveis na ModaLisboa. Estou é cheia de vontade de ver os desfiles de hoje!

Alexandra Moura & Pedro Pedro

Yesterday I had the pleasure to see the Alexandra Moura & Pedro Pedro. They where both great shows with their own special touch. Too bad I couldn´t take nice pictures form the Pedro Pedro show (where I was sitting I just couldn´t get it right). The thing I liked the most about Alexandra´s show was the white & silver collection, with edgy cuts and smooth fabrics. What do you think?

Ontem tive o prazer de assistir ao desfile da Alexandra Moura e de Pedro Pedro. Foram ambos shows muito giros, cada um com o seu toque especial. Foi uma pena não ter conseguido tirar fotografias de jeito no desfile de Pedro Pedro (desde onde estava sentada simplesmente não conseguia). O que mais gostei no desfile da Alexandra foi a parte prateada e branca da colecção, com cortes diferentes e tecidos suaves. Que acham?

Amanhã... É dia de ModaLisboa! Começou hoje mas pive pena de não conseguir ir, mas amanhã é outro dia e estou com inmensa vontade de ver as novas colecções, começando pela Alexandra Moura.

In this hard days, when all we hear about is the economic crisis, wars, and other kind of awfull news, I always like to look up for something to admire, something that gives me hope and "restores my faith in humanity". That´s the case of Pack H2O, an organization wich aims to help children and women in Africa, who have to walk for hours and miles to get drinkable watter, to carry it on an easier way with backpacks. Nos dias de hoje, quando só ouvimos falar da crise económica, guerras e outras noticias horríveis, gosto sempre de buscar alguma coisa a admirar, que me dé esperanças de "voltar a ter fe na humanidade". Este é o caso de Pack H2O, uma organização que procura ajudar mulheres e crianças em Africa, as quais tem de andar uma data de kilómetros e de horas para obterem agua potável, a transporta-la de uma maneira mais facil por meio de mochilas especiais. As vezes na vida precisamos de pisar o pé e não deixar que as pessoas nos deitem abaixo. As vezes precisamos de ter um bocado de amor propio e acreditar em nós pórpias. As vezes tens mesmo de parar e dizer "desculpa, sou fabulosa!".

In the last couple of months the Satchel Bags were a total must, but it seams that lately people don´t pay much attention to them anymore. Instead the backpacks have taken the stage, but the Satchel followed the trend and evolved to this gorgeous bags, totally love them!

Nos últimos meses as malas Satchel foram um "must", mas ultimamente parece que as pessoas já não lhes prestam muita atenção. Em vez disso, as mochilas tem tomado o relevo, mas as Stachel não ficaram para atras e seguiram a tendência, evoluindo nestas malas giríssimas, adoro!
